Calibration Kit: PSS Accusizer™ LE400 Sensors-All Modes
- Designed to make Accusizer™ LE400 SPOS particle sensor calibration easy, this standard kit contains a small vial of each of the thirteen (13) different sizes of polystyrene latex (PSL) sphere particles required for to calibrate any version / model of the LE400 SPOS sensor. Includes SUM, EXT Only, and USP applications.

- The MML Accusizer™ LE400 Calibration Kit includes small (7 mL) glass vials of pre-diluted concentrated polystyrene latex (PSL) spherical particles used for calibration of the instrument. The following sizes are included, along with the application:
- 0.56 µm / Summation mode only
- 0.7 µm / Summation mode only
- 0.8 µm / Summation mode only
- 1.0 µm / Summation mode only
- 1.6 µm / Extinction mode only
- 2.0 µm / Extinction and Summation modes
- 5.0 µm / Extinction and Summation modes
- 10.0 µm / Extinction and Summation modes
- 15.0 µm / Syringe Injection Sampler (SIS), USP <788> applications

- The mean size of each included particle is NIST traceable.
- Each kit is packaged in a 4”W x 4”L x 3”H hard-sided plastic case designed to protect the vials for safe, easy transport by field service personnel.

- Designed specifically with USP <729> requirements in mind, prior to executing the “”Method 2″” SPOS PFAT-5 test, this standard is used to verify the performance of a Single Particle Optical Sensing (SPOS) particle counter equipped with an automatic dilution system.
