Autofocus Bead Standard for Flow Imaging 2X/4X Objectives

  • Designed for use with Flow Imaging Autofocus function for 2X and 4X objectives
  • Volume: 500 mL
  • Each unit will nominally contain 1 sizes of Polystyrene Latex (PSL) spheres:
    • Approximately 3,500 particles/mL of 50 µm PSL
  • Particles are suspended in a proprietary solution containing a viscous agent to aid in proper flow through the instrument.
  • Product batch will be ± 10% of the nominal concentration; individual standard bottles will be certified ± 15% of the mean concentration and particle sizes are certified ± 5% of the standard size (± uncertainty)
  • The Certificate of Analysis includes actual concentration testing data and mean size.

    • Approximately 65,000 particles/mL of 25 µm PSL
  • Particles are suspended in a proprietary solution containing a viscous agent to aid in proper flow through the instrument
  • Product batch will be ± 10% of the nominal concentration; individual standard bottles will be certified ± 22% of the mean concentration and particle sizes are certified ± 5% of the standard size (± uncertainty)
