**600-FA Flow Imaging: 2X/4X Focus Beads – 50 µm**

**Autofocus Bead Standard for Flow Imaging 2X/4X Objectives**

- Designed for use with Flow Imaging Autofocus function for 2X and 4X objectives
- Volume: 500 mL
- Each unit will nominally contain 1 sizes of Polystyrene Latex (PSL) spheres:
- Approximately 3,500 particles/mL of 50 µm PSL

- Particles are suspended in a proprietary solution containing a viscous agent to aid in proper flow through the instrument.
- Product batch will be ± 10% of the nominal concentration; individual standard bottles will be certified ± 15% of the mean concentration and particle sizes are certified ± 5% of the standard size (± uncertainty)
- The Certificate of Analysis includes actual concentration testing data and mean size.
