Autofocus Bead Standard for FIT FlowCAM 10X/20X Objectives

• Designed for use with FlowCAM Autofocus function for 10X and 20X objectives
• Volume: 40 mL
• Each unit will nominally contain 1 sizes of Polystyrene Latex (PSL) spheres:
  • Approximately 65,000 particles/mL of 25 µm PSL
• Particles are suspended in a proprietary solution containing a viscous agent to aid in proper flow through the instrument
• Product batch will be ± 10% of the nominal concentration; individual standard bottles will be certified ± 22% of the mean concentration and particle sizes are certified ± 5% of the standard size (± uncertainty)
